Trauma Center

The must be 1 trauma center in each county. A trauma center must have at least one active heliport on the roof of the hospital. The trauma center should, but not required to be in the center of the county. Since all air ambulances will be the same helicopter. This is because all air ambulances will be an Airbus H225. It just makes sense to have one helicopter requirement rather than having multiple helicopter types.

Since trauma is well – traumatic, there will be emergency operating rooms on the top floor – therefore reducing the time needed to get the patient to the operating room. Trauma-Stay rooms will be below that top floor. There will be a national locked database of every patient and special notes such as allergies, or health conditions that the doctors might need to know. Once the patient is stable enough, they can then return home or to a lower a non-critical bed. If transferring from hospital to hospital, a regular ambulance will be used. If the patient is going home, and they need to, they can have enough money for bus rides to home inserted into their account. If the patient shouldn’t ride the bus, but has no one with an automobile, then an ambulance will be called for the patient.

Any religious conditions will be applied and considered when doing surgery. However, the patient must have notify their PCP of their beliefs for it to apply. For example, Jehovah’s Witnesses forbids the use of blood. If the doctor does a medical lookup for their patient, then they will know that they can not use blood. This obviously applies only if the doctor can know of the patient’s requirements for treatment. This will be why carrying the ID card will be so important to the patient.
